Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete your needs, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and developed in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to place materials in a more accurate manner. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New attachments and products are being designed and developed all the time and will be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For instance, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory would compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
