To be able to pick 20 feet throughout 53 feet empty ISO standard containers and empty reefer containers, the TECDS-150H Attachment can expand. Any containers measuring over 40 feet should have standard 40 feet ISO pickup points. The attachment has electrical signal lights in the cab, 4 corner twist-locks, hydraulic slewing and 2 work lights.
Able to handle 2 separate 20 foot or 40 foot empty ISO standard containers simultaneously is the ELME attachment. It allows for numerous containers to be stacked on top of each other. In addition, this attachment comes with 4 horizontal twist-locks which insert into the side apertures of the upper containers bottom corner castings and the lower container's top corner castings. The extremely specialized design of the twist-locks enables block stacking to be carried out.
Drive Train
Each unit of the Taylor container lift trucks uses a Tier Compliant Cummins electronic turbocharged, charged air after-cooled or charged air to air diesel engine. Several of the basic engine features consist of transmission/engine protection, diagnostic monitor and electronic maintenance, less overall emissions, fuel/water separator and improved fuel economy. Moreover, the transmission available used for all 3 models is a power-shift, non-modulated, 3-speed, fully reversing transmission.
